Another week, another new number one album while singles-side it's "Poker Face" for all as Lady Gaga reigns supreme.

It's tough at the top of the charts as the peak Christmas buying season approaches.
Just seven days back Guns N' Roses were pipped to the top of the Official New Zealand Music Chart's albums list by local group the feelers, their "The Best:1998-20 Posted Fri 28 Nov 2008 5:12PM NZDT

been to the polls and now the Singles chart goes Gaga as Lady Gaga's "Poker
Face" leaps 7 points to capture the top-slot. Lady Gaga (real name Stefania

"Funhouse" dethrones AC/DC's "Black Ice" to give her a
second NZ chart-topping album. (Acca Dacca slide into the runners-up slot)

song as a five-point jump lands rapper T.I. the top slot in New Zealand.
"Whatever You Like" is lifted from his "Paper Trail"
set which itself makes a 6 spot move to #16 on the Albums list in its 2nd

Rain and rain have helped something that doesn't happen that often it's very stable at the top of both the New Zealand Albums and Singles charts. In fact the long-playing Top 7 is exactly the same as last week's. Posted Mon 11 Feb 2008 11:26AM NZDT
